OPPO Find X10 Pro Max to Feature Cutting-Edge 2nm Chip

OPPO is preparing to launch the Find X10 Pro Max, and the company has confirmed the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. This processor is notable for being built on a 2nm process, placing the Find X10 Pro Max among a select group of phones to feature this advanced technology.

Next-Generation Performance

Currently, only the iPhone 18 Pro models reportedly feature a 2nm chip, with the iPhone Duo also expected to adopt it upon release. The OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will be available in international markets, bringing this cutting-edge silicon to a wider audience.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro is fabricated using TSMC’s 2nm N2P process node. According to MediaTek, this new process delivers up to a 61% improvement in CPU multi-core energy efficiency compared to its predecessors.

Enhanced AI and Graphics

The chipset boasts a powerful CPU configuration, featuring two prime C2-Ultra cores clocked at up to 4.55 GHz, alongside six high-performance cores. This combination is expected to improve overall CPU performance by approximately 17%.

Graphics processing will be handled by an integrated G2-Ultra NX GPU, which introduces hardware ray-tracing and neural graphics capabilities. Furthermore, the Dimensity 9600 Pro incorporates a dual-unit neural processing unit (NPU) designed to optimise workloads. This architecture is projected to improve large language model (LLM) prefill speed by 51% and boost NPU energy efficiency by 41%.

Software Optimisation

OPPO will also debut the OPPO Laminar Flow Engine with the Find X10 Pro Max. This proprietary software-hardware integration was developed in collaboration with MediaTek to further enhance performance and efficiency.
