Arivihan Secures $10M to Expand AI Tutoring in India

Indian edtech company Arivihan has secured $10 million in Series A funding, aiming to extend the reach of its artificial intelligence-driven tutoring platform throughout India. The company, founded in 2022 and based in Indore, provides an alternative to traditional learning models by offering video lessons, AI-powered doubt resolution, and personalised study plans.

Investment Details

Accel and Prosus Ventures co-led the funding round, according to reports from September 30. This latest investment brings Arivihan’s total funding to over $15 million.

Expansion Plans

Arivihan intends to use the new capital to strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its language support, enabling it to serve students in a wider range of regional markets. The company also plans to broaden its geographical footprint by entering new states and launching programs specifically designed for students following the CBSE curriculum.

Focus on Accessibility

Arivihan currently caters to students preparing for state board exams, CBSE, and NEET, with a particular emphasis on learners in Tier-II, Tier-III cities, and rural areas. The company reports that eighty per cent of its current subscribers are located in Tier-III cities and rural locations, highlighting its commitment to providing accessible education. Arivihan’s approach aims to deliver learning support tailored to individual student needs, combining content with AI-based tools for doubt resolution and study planning.
