Realme is preparing to launch a special edition of its Realme 16 Pro smartphone, themed around the globally popular Harry Potter franchise. The company previously partnered with HBO for a Game of Thrones-branded Realme 15 Pro, and is now working with Warner Bros. to bring a magical touch to its latest device.
Design and Limited Production Run
The Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition will debut on September 21, 2026, though Realme has not yet specified which markets will receive the phone. The device features a distinctive brown finish with a premium leather texture, incorporating an Argyle pattern reminiscent of the Wizard’s chess scene from the Harry Potter films. A Hogwarts Crest is prominently displayed at the center of the phone’s rear panel. The metallic mid-frame is laser-engraved with the phrase ‘Welcome to Hogwarts’.
Realme is limiting production of this special edition to just 5000 units worldwide.
Collector’s Gifting Box
Alongside the phone itself, Realme will also release a limited edition gifting box designed as a 1:1 replica of Harry Potter’s iconic trunk. Inside, buyers will find a Hogwarts welcome pack and a complete set of custom merchandise. This includes items such as a train ticket and a Hogwarts acceptance letter, aiming to recreate the experience of receiving one’s invitation to the school of witchcraft and wizardry.
Specifications Remain Consistent
Despite the unique design and packaging, the Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition will maintain the same internal specifications as the standard Realme 16 Pro. The price of the special edition phone is expected to be revealed at the launch event on September 21, 2026.
