Indian audio brand Mivi is preparing to enter the smartphone market with its debut device, the Mivi One 5G. The company has announced that the phone will be manufactured in India and sold through Flipkart.
Enhanced Customer Support with Mivi Care+
A key differentiator for the Mivi One 5G will be its after-sales support, branded as Mivi Care+. According to details shared by Mivi, owners will receive this service at no additional cost. Mivi Care+ includes a one-year warranty and access to a network of over 500 service centers located throughout India.
The support package also features a seven-day replacement policy, described as ‘Replaced, not repaired’, and a dedicated Mivi Care+ app for managing service requests. Notably, Mivi will provide a concierge service to handle the entire process of device pickup, repair, and delivery back to the customer.
Camera and Core Specs
Mivi has revealed some details about the Mivi One 5G’s camera system. The phone will feature a 50MP main camera alongside a secondary sensor, with a pill-shaped LED flash. The specifics of the secondary sensor have not yet been disclosed. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip.
The launch date for the Mivi One 5G is set for September 24, 2026, and the phone is expected to be priced below Rs 15,000, TelecomTalk reports. Mivi hopes its focus on customer care, particularly through the Mivi Care+ app, will help it stand out in the competitive Indian smartphone market.
