Apple has confirmed that the stable version of iOS 27 will be globally available for compatible iPhones on September 14, 2026. The company initially released a beta version of the software, and now the final rollout date has been set.
Which iPhones Will Get iOS 27?
The iPhone 18 Pro models will ship with iOS 27 pre-installed. Other supported devices will begin receiving the update shortly after the September 14th launch. According to the announcement, the following iPhone models will be compatible with iOS 27:

What’s New in iOS 27?
iOS 27 continues Apple’s Liquid Glass design language. The update introduces several new features, including iPhone Handoff, which allows users to share the same numbers across different iPhones. Siri is also getting an AI upgrade, but this functionality will be exclusive to subscribers of iCloud+ plans.
Apple has also focused on improving existing features. AirDrop will be significantly faster with iOS 27, and Siri will be available as a standalone application. Furthermore, the native Phone app and other Apple applications are receiving redesigns to enhance the user experience.
Users can check for the update by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update once the rollout begins.
