OPPO is gearing up to introduce its F35 5G series to the Indian market, according to a press release from the company. The series will consist of two models: the OPPO F35 5G and the OPPO F35 Pro 5G.
Notably, OPPO appears to be continuing a trend among Chinese smartphone manufacturers of skipping certain numbers in their product lines. As Make Telecom Talk points out, the company is jumping from the OPPO F33 5G to the F35 5G, similar to OnePlus’s move from the 13 to the 15.
OPPO F35 Pro 5G: A Potential Rebrand?
Rumours suggest the OPPO F35 Pro 5G could be a rebranded version of the OPPO A7 Pro Max. If this proves to be accurate, the device could boast a substantial 10000mAh battery, aligning with a growing trend in the Indian market for phones with large battery capacities.
Expected Specifications
Should the F35 Pro 5G indeed be a rebrand of the A7 Pro Max, it could feature the following specifications:
- Display: 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate
- Battery: 10000mAh with 80W wired charging
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 SoC
- RAM: Up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM
- Storage: Up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage
- Durability: IP69k rating for dust and water resistance
The OPPO F35 5G Pro is anticipated to be priced between Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000, according to Make Telecom Talk. OPPO has not yet announced a specific launch date, but indications suggest it will occur before the end of September.
