ASUS is preparing to introduce a new range of Vivobook laptops to the Indian market on September 16, 2026, at 12 PM. A dedicated microsite is already live, offering a preview of the upcoming devices.
Expanded Vivobook Family
The launch will encompass both the Vivobook 14 and Vivobook 16 lines. Within the Vivobook 16 family, ASUS will offer two distinct models: the standard Vivobook 16 and the Vivobook S16. Additional models include the Vivobook 14 Flip, Vivobook S14 Flip, and the Vivobook S14.
Performance and Features
The new Vivobooks will offer a range of processor options, including AMD, Intel, and Qualcomm Snapdragon. Specifically, customers will be able to choose configurations with:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon X processors, delivering up to 45 TOPS of AI performance.
- Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processors, reaching up to 49 TOPS.
- AMD Ryzen AI 7 400 series processors, providing up to 50 TOPS of AI processing power.
These laptops will also integrate Microsoft’s Copilot + PC functionality and boast US military-grade durability. ASUS highlights the inclusion of Type-C charging, capable of reaching 60% charge in just 49 minutes. Data security is bolstered by Microsoft Pluton and face recognition technology.
Extended Warranty and Design
ASUS is offering an extended warranty of 2 years, alongside 3 years of accidental damage protection, available for just Rs 99 (normally valued at Rs 5,999) with the purchase of a new Vivobook. The laptops will feature a premium metallic design and are expected to deliver over 38 hours of battery life on a single charge.
