OnePlus is expanding its N series presence in India with the upcoming launch of the OnePlus N6 Lite. The device, joining the existing OnePlus N6 and N6x models, is set to debut on September 22, 2026, with pricing and full specifications to be revealed at that time. While details remain limited, OnePlus has already showcased the phone’s design and highlighted several key features.
Design and Display
The OnePlus N6 Lite sports a design departure from previous OnePlus models, notably adopting a camera island reminiscent of recent iPhone Pro iterations – specifically the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro, according to the announcement. The phone features a flat frame with rounded corners and a dual-camera setup, with the third ring housing the LED flash. It will be available in green and black colour options.
The device will incorporate a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and will also feature ‘Aqua Touch’ technology, which OnePlus says will improve the screen experience.
Battery and AI Features
OnePlus has confirmed the N6 Lite will pack a substantial 7000mAh battery. The company is also emphasizing the phone’s longevity, promising 36 months of ‘fluency protection’ covering display performance, durability, and overall usability.
The N6 Lite will also include several AI-powered features, including ‘AI Clear Face’ and ‘AI Eraser Help’.
Availability
Following its launch, the OnePlus N6 Lite will be available for purchase through the OnePlus Store app, Amazon.in, OnePlus experience stores, and select retail outlets across India.
