Memory: The Nokia Lumia 525 features a RAM of 1 GB and internal storage capacity of 8 GB. Everything apart, the RAM is the biggest upgrade from the 512 MB unit it was and this makes the device 100 per cent compatible with every application on the marketplace.  It also offers expandable storage of up to 64 GB with the help of a micro SD card slot.
